    Role Summary: We're seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for a 12-month contract. The role involves administrative tasks, scheduling workshops, data tracking, budget management, and vendor onboarding. The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and is interested in building a leadership learning framework. This is a great opportunity for growth and development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Maintain and organize learning materials, schedules, and participant records via our Learning app platform.
    • Data and Metrics Tracking: Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
    • Workshop Coordination & Scheduling: Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics for learning events.
    • Budget Tracking: Be able to manage and track learning expenses and POs.
    • Effective Communication: Liaise with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Adapt to changing priorities and address challenges proactively.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's in Education, Business, or related fields.
    • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (highly proficient in Excel), including MS Teams, data entry, and record keeping.
    • Experience: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and event coordination.
