    We are currently searching for a Document Control manager to work in our Sacramento, CA office to support construction projects in North America.

    What you'll do:

    Working with Pre-Con to establish document registers for the projects.
    Establishing a template file structure for projects in SharePointDocument Retention/Storage [Digital, Hardcopy]

    quality checks of documents & compliance

    Backing up old Procore projects for archive"Office Side" document delivery / signature manager for things like Revisions, PO's, etc.
    Retention of Codes/Regulations purchased, along with all specifications and details.

    Control access to sensitive documents by making sure that specific documents are only accessed by authorized personnel and not company-wide with full edit capabilities (like what's currently in SharePoint)Building / Establishing Turnover plans / books (digital or physical)Controlling document revisions (Specs, Drawings, etc.)Find discrepancies and errors on submitted documents.

    Organize all formal documentation through Procore or SharePoint respectively during constructionControl all communications to and from the client, logging and capturing everything for record retention.

    This is critical for potential legal issues in the future.

    Help to collect required signatures on things like Pre-Work Task Plans, Revisions, ITPs, and anything else required.
    Issue document updates as revisions change to responsible parties at the project level.

    Pay range:

    $ $40.00 per hour based on experience
