Contact insurance companies to obtain benefit information to assist with referrals and prior authorization requests.

Screen financial, medical and social history with correct documentation and pertinent information.

Provide direct service in all the health center specific areas including, family planning, abortion, general medicine, pediatrics, sterilization and gender-affirming care as appropriate to scope of services and health centers.

Oversee management of health center medical records in accordance with HIPAA policies and PPMM protocols.
