    We are currently looking for a dedicated Director, Client Leadership to join our dynamic team at one of our primary locations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships, driving growth through strategic planning, and spearheading Shopper Marketing initiatives for assigned brands and retailers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide thought leadership to influence and enhance client's business approaches with key retailers
    • Act as a catalyst for change, driving positive outcomes internally and externally to elevate client and agency performance
    • Identify growth opportunities and expand business within specific retail channels
    • Manage client relationships at the retail level, collaborating with various teams including shopper marketers, retail media, and sales groups
    • Demonstrate financial accountability in managing client projects and staffing requirements
    • Foster strong partnerships with clients and retailers, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
    • Embrace agency processes, tools, and practices to optimize performance continuously
    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within a retail environment
    • Dynamic personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
    • In-depth industry knowledge encompassing market trends, consumer goods, and retail landscape
    • Strong leadership skills, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results consistently
    • Ability to think strategically in developing marketing programs and managing day-to-day operations
    • Effective decision-making capabilities and a drive for continuous improvement and growth
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong listening skills
    • Willingness to travel as needed

    The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and location.
