    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for the Vice President, (VP) Strategic Services role. The VP will lead our team, shape the strategic direction, and drive the success of our clients' marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct marketing, leadership experience, and a track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Team Management:
      • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
      • Mentor and develop team members to help them reach their full potential.
      • Oversee performance management and professional development.
    • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
      • Be the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building solid relationships based on trust.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies.
      • Ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects, meeting or exceeding expectations.
    • Strategic Planning and Execution:
      • Develop comprehensive direct marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into strategies.
      • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
    • Business Development and Growth:
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
      • Participate in sales presentations and proposal development to drive revenue growth.
      • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance market presence.
      • Focus on growing clients by 10% annually.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of direct marketing experience, with a focus on retail and e-commerce.
    • Proven success in a leadership role within a direct marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of direct mail, email marketing, and digital marketing.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and client management abilities.
    • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
