    EBG is headquartered in Aventura FL (Miami area), with offices in New York, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Austin.

    The Client Services Representative will be responsible for the management and execution of the client services platform, including account management, communication to reach outlined sales goals, promotional strategies/campaigns, generating sales reports, evaluating trends of corporate clients and assisting with other client services initiatives. The Client Services Representative will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure seamless execution.

    **Duties and Responsibilities**

    Effectively communicating companys promotions to corporate clients via telephone, through e-marketing and additional communication methods

    Maintain relationships and respond to questions and concerns with clients

    Expand client relationships to increase engagement and promotional opportunities

    Generate tracking reports and evaluate trends

    Assisting the Client Services department with achieving the goals and objectives of other corporate and public platforms

    Work with other departments coordinating promotions as needed

    Perform additional duties as assigned

    **Qualifications**

    Background in goal-oriented sales

    Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services

    Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet

    High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently

    Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally in a professional manner

    Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills

    Enjoy travel and entertainment

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
