As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate information about our products/services and resolving customer issues or concerns effectively.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products/services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the industry and/or products/services we offer.
- proficiency in English and, Mandarin, or another language.

  • Certification in customer service or related training programs.
