Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information and upsell additional services or products
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

$ $21.66 per hour
