We are hiring at FHS We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Manager (TSM) for our nuclear power line of business.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Solon, OH, with the option for remote work. Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams to develop proposals.
Lead the sales pipeline using action plans, key performance indicators, time and territory management tools, and funnel management tools.
Visit end-user customers within the region to understand customer needs and market trends, and develop a market model map to identify business opportunities.
QualificationsQualifications
:
Qualifications
A consistent record of consultative selling within the nuclear power industry.
A technical degree or equivalent experience from a recognized university with a minimum of five years of technical sales experience.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills.Experience in international business, with cultural awareness and a versatile management style for working with international customers.
National:
The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $88,300 - $163,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to:
job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
