  • Your main responsibilities
  • Leading approximately 6 field employees according to goal and resultsoriented criteria
  • Continuous development and coaching of your sales team
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer structure and areaspecific market research
  • Development of measures to achieve goals, product range design, and product placement for our partners in retail


  • Your qualifications

  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or completed business studies
  • Several years of professional experience in the FMCG industry in a similar position or in key account management is required
  • Relevant leadership experience and enjoyment in the continuous development of your employees
  • Excellent analytical skills, initiative, and assertiveness
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ideally located in the greater Stuttgart area
  • Class B driver's license
