As our company continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our
Plumbing Sales Team as Outside Sales Representative to run sales routes in the South Chicago Suburbs.

Why you can expect in this role:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers, ensuring their understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and aftersales support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role:

  • 2-3 Years of Experience: A minimum of two-three years of experience in an in-home sales role is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to utilize digital sales tools and contracts.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A minimum or a High School diploma or equivalent.
