Phillips Chevrolet is currently hiring for a Full-time Internet Sales Manager (BDC Sales).


Must be able to work every Saturday.

Our Internet Sales Representatives are the first point of contact to assist our customers in the car-buying experience. You will be the go-to person for our customer's questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and the purchasing process. You will become the GM expert on all of the newest technologies, vehicles, & features. We offer paid, on-the-job training dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This position requires a 40+ hour work week. Flexible day & evening shifts required along with every Saturday shift availability. Will also be required to do initial contact of leads from home on Sundays. (Approximately 1 hour of work on Sundays).

Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer calls and establish followsup with sales appointments
  • Ability to manage/coach and direct 57 BDC Agents
  • Learn and coach our internal process for follow up
  • Coaching phone calls for quality and missed opportunity
  • Multitasking in a high stress environment
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
  • Provide customers with initial product information
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • This position will be focused on Buying cars from the public through lead sources like KBB, Facebook, Craigslist, etc. No travel outside the office will be required.

Qualifications:

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
  • Previous automotive sales or BDC experience is a plus
  • Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays and also from home on Sundays)
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Previous experience with COX Automotive software/CRM
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
