- BS / BA Degree strongly preferred
- Min. 3+ years business to business sales experience selling building materials, construction/architectural sales, artificial turf, sports amenities, and/or playground sales required
- Experience selling to government, education, construction and/or architecture industries strongly required
- Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship sales
- Knowledge/understanding of construction plans/drawings a plus
- Excellent presentation skills (small and large groups)
- Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid experience with CRM, Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to travel within territory
- Base Salary + Commissions
- Year 1 @ plan $80,000 - $100,000, Yr. 2 $150,000

Our client is a leading supplier of recreation equipment. They are seeking outside sales representatives that are extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about within their set/protected territory. Target focused includes but not limited to: Architectural Contractors, Landscape Contractors, Builders, Housing Complexes/Builders, and Schools/Education (Day Care, K-12+), Fitness Facilities, Recreation Centers and Retail. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships (home office). Presentations are made to small and large clients (Lunch and Learns), therefore you possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.
