    Job Summary/Company:

    Do you thrive on crafting compelling stories and executing strategic marketing campaigns? Sparks Group has partnered with a Financial Services company Located in Midtown New York city. Together We're seeking a talented Marketing and communications Manager to join our newly integrated Marketing & Communications team. You'll develop and execute marketing initiatives across all channels (social media, events, print, digital) to promote our brand and products within the dynamic payments industry.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create impactful marketing materials and graphic assets.
    • Develop messaging and positioning for marketing, product, and sales materials, spanning high-level branding initiatives to specific value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
    • Ensure consistent delivery of value proposition and messaging frameworks across various markets and segments for new products, core products, and advocacy initiatives.
    • Drive social media strategy and execution.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to create content for social media, email marketing, blogs, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, and webinars, aligning with business goals.
    • Write, track, and measure internal communications initiatives.
    • Stay informed about current marketing and communications trends and practices, including tracking campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and conducting research and competitive analysis.
    • Use insights, data, and statistical analyses to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
    Qualifications/Background Profile

    • Bachelor's degree, in Marketing Communications, or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 5-7 years of marketing & communications experience
    • Experience in the banking or payment industry
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint & website development
    • Demonstrated experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Hubspot etc.)


    This job is Hybrid Remote.

    Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $135,000.00
