    Manager Internal Communication
    In dieser Funktion sind Sie f ü r die

    Vorbereitung von Dokumenten und Unterstützung der Entwicklung von Kampagnen in der internen Kommunikation verantwortlich. Des Weiteren, nutzen Sie Ihr Fachwissen im Bereich der internen Kommunikation, um AstraZeneca-Strategien, -Richtlinien und andere wichtige Informationen effektiv in einem geografischen oder funktionalen Bereich zu verbreiten.
    Sie sind ein konstanter und qualitativ hochwertiger interner Kommunikationskanal in enger Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Interessenvertretern des Unternehmens, einschließlich dem Country President

    Erstellung von Inhalten und internen Kommunikationsdokumenten für das Unternehmen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Formate und Inhalte in Bezug auf die internen Kommunikationsrichtlinien kohärent sind und einen einheitlichen, markeninternen Look and Feel aufweisen, der die Geschäftsprioritäten und -strategie des Unternehmens widerspiegelt
    Aktualisierung, Pflege lokaler interner Kommunikationskanäle und jeweiliger Geschäftsplaner in Abstimmung mit internen Interessenvertretern:

    Sicherstellung der unabhängigen Umsetzung von AZ-Projekten auf lokaler Ebene in Abstimmung mit relevanten Interessenvertretern
    Verwaltung des festgelegten jährlichen rollenden Kommunikationsbudgets, sowie Verwaltung aller Aktivitäten und Kundenbeziehungen gemäß den Unternehmenswerten, dem Verhaltenskodex, Richtlinien/internen Verfahren und den österreichischen Gesetzen.
    Ihr Profil
    Matura oder Bachelor of Science Abschluss/ HAK oder HBLA
    Mind. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung ineinerähnlichenRolleineinemmultinationalen Unternehmen
    Hervorragende MS Office-Kenntnisse
    Analytische Fähigkeiten im Geschäfts- und Auditberichterstellung
    Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
    fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
