    TELUS is seeking an analytical, self-starter and professional Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for bridging the market needs and product strategy with a focus on three main areas of responsibility; Leads definition and implementation of strategic product marketing plans, Ensures strategic plans are based on VOC, market trends and aligned with business objectives, Develops go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Product, Sales, Operations and Customer Marketing teams.

    This role will report to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing within the Agriculture team.
    Here's howWork closely with internal stakeholders to design and conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends and successfully launch new products / featuresBuild and maintain competitive landscape matrix (incumbents, FABs, market size)

    Create and execute launch plansDevelop and manage product marketing campaignsEnsure product release customer / internal communications are aligned with positioningDefine market segmentsDevelop customer and user personasDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our customers, the problems they are trying to solve, and how they make buying decisionsRefine market sizing and market opportunityMaintain competitor briefs and battle cardsPartner with the product team on product definitionDefine features, advantages, and benefits for our products by user personaRefine product value propositions by customer segmentMaintain catalog of product featuresDeveloping product marketing materials, including:
    demos, product videos, communications, collateral, and product pitch decksContribute to long range planningOther responsibilities as determined by the Product Marketing DirectorWhat you bring to the roleBachelor's degree in marketing, business, agriculture or a related field7+ years of marketing, product management, sales experience, or a combination ofAgriculture experience is an assetMBA or Master's degree in Marketing is an assetAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsDirect or indirect experience with product positioning and messagingFamiliarity with market research and analysis techniquesAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teamsKnowledge of digital marketing platforms and tacticsUnderstanding of customer needs and behaviors in crop inputs and agricultural industryTeam player and flexibility to work on any other projects as requiredJob InformationLocation

    • P4The US base salary range for this position is $100 $140k USD.
    This position may be eligible for a 15% performance-based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

    Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but are not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
