We are currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a Marketing Content Manager to lead the charge


    We are seeking a thoughtful and thought provoking Marketing Content Manager to get the word out on how we are accomplishing our mission for our 10,000+ customers and 4M+ active users. The Marketing Content Manager is accountable for story telling by producing copy and video materials that share what we are working on and what matters for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of social media content building, and pairing different media with customer consumption.


    Key Responsibilities | Accountability


    Content Building

    • Blog posts (SEO-optimized), ongoing creation across units
    • Email Campaigns for sales/marketing team members to align with other content initiatives
    • Assist Digital manager with content and creative for digital campaigns
    • Major initiative/big push campaign content and creative production
    • Ongoing video content creation/creation support across the board (product videos, sales videos, social media snippet videos, training/partner onboarding videos, etc.)
    • Photo shoot and other photo content initiative management

    Copy Writing and Creation

    • White Papers, ongoing creation across units in collaboration with unit leaders/team members
    • Case Studies, ongoing creation across units in collaboration with unit leaders/team members

    Social Media

    • Social Media posts, graphics, photos, videos, images
    • Drive customer and follower engagement across all platforms

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand their specific needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand what initiatives are upcoming and best position this for customer needs


    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in campaign building for B2B and/or B2C businesses
    • Experience in content building and marketing operations platforms such as Canva, Hubspot, Powerpoint, Mailchimp, Trello and more
    • Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications - Luxer One is an Apple OS / Google Workspace environment. Proficiency in iOS is a must have.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing workplace operations is a plus.
    • Ownership of the role and responsibilities.
    • This position is entrepreneurial in nature and may require changes with or without prior notice.

    Additional Information

    • This is a full time position based in Charlotte, NC or Sacramento, CA but will work a hybrid schedule
    • The Marketing Content Manager will report to the Marketing Director or VP of Sales & Marketing based in Charlotte, NC or designated representative
    • Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
