    DeMayo Law Offices is looking for an energetic and collaborative marketing leader to drive overall branding and client acquisition strategy.

    Our Marketing Manager will oversee a team of content marketers, while managing multiple marketing projects at once and collaborating at all levels of the firm.

    Responsibilities
    Manage, coach, and develop marketing professionals to support the overall goals of the firm
    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
    Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various media, including digital, broadcast, print, social media, and other platforms
    Oversee and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
    Manage creation of engaging content for social media platforms to increase audience engagement and grow our online community
    Supervise design of website and both internal and external promotional materials
    Perform market and brand research and analysis
    Analyze key marketing performance metrics/analytics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization, segmentation, and client acquisition
    Liaise with executives and marketing team on DeMayo Cares program
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure cutting-edge strategies
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 5-10 years of corporate marketing or advertising experience
    Experience leading a team of marketers while managing multiple projects at once
    Experience supporting executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
    Experience and comfort interacting across all levels of an organization, including senior management and external partners
    Experience developing and managing strategic plans, budgets, and external resources
    Direct and concise verbal and written communication skills
    Demonstrable project management skills (seeing a project through from inception to execution) and forecasting ability
    Exceptional follow-through and results-oriented mindset
    Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision as well as escalate issues as needed
    Analytical skills – collecting, visualizing, and interpreting information
    Proficient knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
    Team player who is passionate, self-motivated, and energetic
