About Laura Olson:

I’m a woman of many hats and passionate about everything I do. 

As a dedicated yoga practitioner I’ve been teaching for over 20 years and have traveled to India and around the world to practice and immerse myself in my craft. as I delved deeper it became clear that what we eat impacts our lived and practices in a deep way, and I also immersed myself in nutrition, but not the restrictive kind. I help people find ways to eat delectably and healthily at the same time so they can enjoy the world of delicious food while feeling their best. I’m especially gifted with gluten free, vegan and raw-yet amazing desserts. 

My parallel path of over 20 years has also been copywriting and brand marketing with a specialty in beauty, food and wine. All the sensual things! I help brands express themselves by crafting a unified voice across channels and love how expressive the written word can be.
