I am a Hoosier resident. I have been a pathfinder for equality in society today as exposing the best U in everyone, man or woman.
In the 2008 recession and, consequently, the downfall of the economy, I was forced to change direction and discovered a new career to focus on.
I surprised myself, finding a career in the Health and Genomeceutical Industry. During the downturn of the economy and multiple financial losses, I developed some significant gains in personal development with a mindset to change, learning how to prioritize family values while making a difference to impact lives with natural solutions. Because of my initial experience and what I began to learn in the last 20 years, I became a recognized mentor, writer, teacher, athletic trainer, and coach for those in need, for which I consider myself blessed.

Quite simply, we have what others don’t. Our Mission is to Create Lifestyle Changes that free people from high-risk conditions associated with Metabolic Syndrome. Metabolic Syndrome is a growing global epidemic touching every age, sex, culture, family, and economic group in society today.
We coach and teach individuals exclusively in online interactive groups, building a sense of community, support, and confidence with other members within.
Seeking good health helps us build self-mastery and discipline. These positive attributes spill over into all aspects of our lives, and if done by enough people in enough places, our societies will be improved and strengthened in important and lasting ways.
The Leadership Team's Vision is to make our programs the most accessible, effective, affordable, and most valuable for maintaining balanced metabolic health anywhere in the world.
