Infectious Disease fellow

Being in fellowship at Mount Sinai and working in different boroughs of New York City, my desire to become a driven physician to work with various patient populations has only grown stronger. My fellowship experiences have allowed me to gain an exposure to a variety of disease processes when it comes to infectious diseases. In fellowship, I have been exposed to a wide range of conditions requiring complex management and clinical decision making inpatient; ranging from infections with multi drug resistant organisms causing pneumonia, UTI, skin and soft tissue infections, post-surgical infections, tuberculosis, prosthetic joint infections, endocarditis, opportunistic infections in transplant patients in addition to managing patients with HIV and primary care in outpatient continuity clinic.
