- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and qualifications.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruiting to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to government contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
