- Maintain strong relationships with key clients

- Collaborate across creative, strategy & insights, brand partnerships and marketing teams to drive campaign success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Implement processes for continuous improvement
- 3-5 years of experience in client services/account management
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business objectives
- Branded content experience
- Experience working with creative and production teams is a plus

Hartbeat is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Manager, Client Services for one of our largest clients within Pulse, our brand-funded entertainment studio.

COMPENSATION
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and work location.
In addition to the base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes a discretionary bonus, based on individual and company performance.
