My passion lies in writing about pop culture and I’ve explored this passion by contributing articles for the preeminent comic book website CBR.com. My love of comics and movies stems from being a massive Batman, X-Men, and Star Wars fan from a young age. I'm a huge cinephile who holds a deep appreciation for the art of filmmaking. One piece that received much acclaim from my editors at CBR examined the pros and cons of Martin Scorsese’s criticism of the MCU. The article allowed me to balance my high regard for cinema and my love for superhero movies. I’ve also written extensively about Batman comic books, and the popular nineties show Batman: The Animated Series. I’ll gladly provide a link to my author page upon request. I've also gained writing and communication experience by interviewing local comedians for the comedy-centric website The Laugh Button. I’m looking to continue my journey in the field of writing.

I’ve been employed with the debt settlement company Strategic Financial Solutions since 2016. I’ve had different roles that included client service representation and financial strategy. My duties as a client service representative ranged from relaying essential elements of our program, changing bank information, adjusting payment requests, and handling sensitive legal documents.  When I accepted a more in-depth role as a financial strategist, my position focused on explaining our negotiation strategy to our clients, what to expect regarding their credit score while enrolled in our program, and demonstrating which creditors are the most aggressive in their collection tactics.

While I’m grateful for my experience with Strategic, my passion lies in comic books. I’ve followed a love of writing and collecting comic books due to being a massive Batman, X-Men, and Star Wars fan from a young age.
