    As a Regional Service Supervisor

    You will

    manage execution

    of maintenance and repair needs of for existing and new customers throughout our Western Region.
    You will supervise our team of regional service technicians.

    You will need to be able to understand execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.

    Structure and sell maintenance programs.

    You will be play a key role in the regional team as well as interface with leadership based in various regions across the country.

    This Position Requires

    Ability to become proficient in understanding of our product equipment operation and maintenance.
    Proven success in technical service/customer service management
    Proven success in asset management.
    Proven success in human resource management.
    Proven success in customer relationship management
    Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such.
    Ability to travel throughout the greater Western Region to maintain customer relationships and oversee field service technicians.
    Qualifications and Skills

    Preferably a minimum of 5 years' electro-mechanical industrial equipment service experience
    5 years' service minimum supervisory/management experience
    Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making
    Experience in utilization of computerized maintenance/job management systems; GPS Tracking, Computerized Time Sheet Processes, Computerized Service Call Reporting, Etc. required.
    Proficient in Excel; and other Microsoft office applications; proficiency in Quick books preferred
    Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred.
    Candidates must complete extensive background screening process.
