Previously worked at Great Wolf Lodge as a restaurant supervisor, Outback Steakhouse as a server/trainer, and Texas Roadhouse as a to-go specialist. From May to August 2022, I worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX. My responsibilities included managing restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food and safety regulations, and implementing a first in first out basis for food items.

In July-August and December-January 2021-2022, I worked at Amazon, Inc. in Grapevine, TX as a Fulfillment/Supply Chain Operations Lead. I strategized and streamlined supply chain functions to make the order fulfillment process more efficient. Additionally, I ensured the fulfillment of orders, optimized inbound/outbound process, and maintained compliance with safety regulations. From December 2021 to May 2022, I worked as a Server/Trainer at Outback Steakhouse in Tempe, AZ. I trained and mentored new employees to enhance their technical capabilities and set cultural expectations. I also demonstrated exceptional customer service and teamwork, increased productivity, and utilized persuasive selling techniques.
