We are seeking an individual with proven supervisory/management experience to oversee our Western Regional industrial equipment maintenance service department and programs based out of Arizona.

We are looking for a hands-on experienced individual with the ability to connect with their technical team and thrive in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment.
As a Regional Service Supervisor
- You will
_manage execution_ of maintenance and repair needs of for existing and new customers throughout our Western Region. - You will supervise our team of regional service technicians.
- You will need to be able to understand execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.
- Structure and sell maintenance programs.
- You will be play a key role in the regional team as well as interface with leadership based in various regions across the country.
This Position Requires
- Ability to become proficient in understanding of our product equipment operation and maintenance.
- Proven success in technical service/customer service management
- Proven success in asset management.
- Proven success in human resource management.
- Proven success in customer relationship management
- Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such.
- Ability to travel throughout the greater Western Region to maintain customer relationships and oversee field service technicians.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years' electromechanical industrial equipment service experience
- 5 years' service minimum supervisory/management experience
- Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making
- Experience in utilization of computerized maintenance/job management systems; GPS Tracking, Computerized Time Sheet Processes, Computerized Service Call Reporting, Etc. required.
- Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred.

Salary:
$85, $95,000.00 per year
