    The Business Development Manager will lead the business development efforts and support the sales culture for the Houston office.

    This individual will be tasked with supporting the business development plan to reach and establish relationships with high level clients, stakeholders and community partners in the markets we serve.

    Must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. This candidate will collaborate and work closely with marketing, account managers, operations leaders, preconstruction, and senior management.

    This position will report to the Vice President of Business Development with a dotted line connection to the Senior Vice President – National Business Development.


    Business Development Manager Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field preferred
    • Minimum of three years of Business Development, operations or management experience required for Business Development Manager title and compensation
    • Must have previous working knowledge of the CM/GC or AE business market
