We are looking for you,

Development Manager, to join our Process & Data Management team, which sits within Neste's Finance, Strategy and IT organization in Houston, Texas.


In your role you will proactively develop, lead and implement Neste wide operating model architecture creating simplicity and efficiency throughout Neste.

You will also drive the continual improvement capability and its adoption across the group enabling people to identify opportunities for improvements that can help Neste to meet its strategic goals.

In this job you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Neste, from common functions to business processes to commercial sales, both in the US and across the Globe.

In our team, you will have the freedom to focus and innovate within agreed-upon guidelines. You'll take charge of your tasks, with support available from the entire team whenever needed. We celebrate our achievements together when we meet our goals.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

  • Responsible for streamlining Neste's operating model architecture
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure the use of operating models and continual improvement frameworks and methodologies.
  • Drive and facilitate selected operating models and crossprocess endtoend initiatives.
  • Develop and ensure adoption of the continual improvement culture at Neste
  • Ensure internal controls are understood and integrated into process development.
