FlexForce Employment is seeking a driven Business Development staffing manager to grow the business in Houston, TX and surrounding area.

We are really looking for someone who wants a long-term career and relationship with us at FlexForce.

You will have support from 2 bilingual senior recruiters that are great with client management and will support the BDM that joins their team.

The Business Development staffing manager's primary emphasis is bringing in new business. This is done by qualifying potential business opportunities and contacting key decision makers, through phone and in-person sales calls. Successful people in this role are comfortable engaging with business people at all levels and selling critical business services.

This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline to be persistent while following a daily and weekly plan and demonstrating the desire and drive to become a top performing staffing sales professional.


Overview:


  • Effectively meet with decision makers to assess needs and to secure accounts.
  • Document activity in the automated system and set a next action step to keep prospects/clients in the sales pipeline.
  • Develop a quarterly sales plan identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Take the lead in coordinating ongoing sales activities for Target list of prospects.
  • Research accounts, establish meetings, and coordinate presentations as needed.
  • Use the automated system to prepare a daily sales plan identifying companies and offices to visit.
  • Introduce FlexForce through cold calls, planned calls, appointments, and telephone calls.
  • Classify prospects and set the appropriate call frequency based on potential business.
  • Identify and followup regularly with key accounts and develop valueadded opportunities.
  • Sell all product and service lines.
  • Meet with the inside team daily to ensure sales and recruiting are in sync and clients' needs are being met.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.
  • No direct supervisory responsibility. Responsible to help lead and advise clients.
  • Essential activities are conducted away from the local office and within various office and plant settings.
  • Must be able to work effectively under stress of daily travel, deadlines, commitments, and client problems.
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle (must maintain a valid state driver's license).

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
