- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Must be an US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Technical background with previous experience leading technical or teams or leading Enterprise-wide technical programs with multiple stakeholders and client engagement.
- Experience in complex technical project management and solution implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
- Project management experience involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
- Must have worked in a customer service driven, government environment.
- Experience leading both traditional project methodology and Agile lead projects.
- Experience utilizing Agile/Scrum tools, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel and other Microsoft applications
- PMP Certification, Sigma Six, Scrum, or Agile certification Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000.
