Duties * Serve as Team Lead within a focused geospatial support Team of a Branch of the Warfighter Support Directorate, Army Geospatial Center (AGC).
* Collaborate on the work of supporting scientists and geospatial engineers within AGC, outside agencies, and contractors concerned with the mission of the Branch.
* Educate customers on availability and capabilities of geospatial datasets, methodologies, procedures, and algorithms to enhance mission awareness.* Analyze, develop, test, and evaluate new processes, methodologies, and products using geospatial data and imagery in a resource constrained environment.
* Communication skills, project management and awareness of emerging technology are key.* Quickly respond to short suspense requests as needed identifying and accessing all needed resources * Experience in geospatial and terrain analysis principles.
* Proficiency with geospatial techniques and data systems.Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
