Your Role and Responsibilities As a Test and Evaluation (T&E) lead at IBM you will assist the Army with developing and maintaining a Test and Evaluation T&E program in accordance with Army Regulation 73-1 to verify whether testable requirements are met and that the capability meets the mission need.
