- Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy in support of the Havtech Group through the successful execution of events for various audiences.
- Communicates goals and objectives while removing obstacles that impact execution.
- Conceptualize, lead, and execute strategic events at all scales ensuring every aspect of the event is aligned with overall event objectives.
- Gathers and manages information about the business's objectives, budget, and preferences; partners with key stakeholders and business leaders to develop engaging event content and to ensure products and/or services meet requirements and expectations.
- Collaborates and manages teams by translating event strategies into tactical items; oversees the completion of work and identifies opportunities for improvements; builds accountability for measuring progress and achieving results.
- Work with creative team to produce program materials
- Managing end-to-end event cycles. This includes timeline and program planning, budget management, vendor management, logistics handling, day-of-event management, and post-event analysis.
- Assisting with on-site work including providing registration support, handling general information inquiries and requests from speakers and participants, coordinating on-site logistics, travel, and transportation requirements, and troubleshooting issues and gaps.
- Create and maintain analytics/metrics reports to establish consistent KPIs and report on event outcomes, including post-event surveys and summary of expenses to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and event management trends
- This position will have direct reports.
- Must work well individually and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- High energy level and sense of humor essential.
- 3-5 years of experience successfully managing live, virtual, and hybrid events, including trade shows. Focus and experience in an agency or corporate environment are a plus.
- Digital event platform experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills.
- Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadline-driven projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, at a minimum.
- Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead the planning process.
- Strong work ethic and drive—the ability to go the extra mile and work a flexible schedule and/or extended hours to meet the client's goals.
- Calm and flexible approach to handling the stress of ever-changing demands.
- The ability to take direction from others and provide constructive criticism.

Job DescriptionSUMMARY
The Senior Events Manager is pivotal in developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners and developing brands within the Havtech Group. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive event strategy through live, virtual, and hybrid events. The Senior Events Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning and executing events while interacting with various departments and stakeholders of the Havtech Group.
The ideal candidate for this role understands project management, marketing, and promotional strategies. We seek an assertive, enthusiastic, strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The Senior Events Manager will ensure successful planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of each event and work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, manufacturer partners, and local organizations.
