Position Overview:

As the Events Manager at Peak Custom Remodeling, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our participation in home shows, fairs, and other events.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and strategic vision will drive our brand presence, generate leads, and foster meaningful connections with potential customers.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase our innovative products and engage with homeowners seeking to enhance their living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics.
Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, signage, promotional materials, and product displays, to ensure a captivating and professional presence at each
Cultivate relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners to maximize opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation.
Train and supervise event staff, providing guidance on customer engagement techniques and product knowledge.
Monitor event performance metrics, track leads and conversions, and provide timely reports and insights to inform future event planning and optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously enhance our event marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally within the home improvement or related industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
