What to expect

As a clerk for the production department of Ickenroth GmbH in Summersville, you will take on the following tasks starting from (or earlier):

Ensuring production and loading according to plan specifications and quality standards, taking into account occupational health and safety and environmental protection guidelines
Creating the weekly production schedule and ordering raw materials
Planning and organizing shift and vacation schedules for production and logistics employees
Using SAP for order management, process control, and error correction of goods movements
Managing pallets, including feedback in SAP and monitoring pallet inventory
Supporting the sales department as a direct contact person

What you bring

Completed commercial or technical education
First (professional) experience in production planning/sales is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and willingness to use ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong organizational and planning skills, as well as an affinity for numbers and connections in the production/sales field
Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and solution-oriented mindset
Reliability and ability to work in a team
