To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ENGINEER, TECHNICIAN, OR MASTER W/M/D IN BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING LOCATION:

BERLIN YOUR TASKS:

Engineering conception, planning, and implementation of building services systems for heating, ventilation, and/or plumbing in all phases of the HOAI
Modernization or construction of technical systems for private and public clients
Close collaboration with the project team, client, and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements
Preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates
Participation in project meetings and coordination with other disciplines
Quality control and monitoring of construction progress
Management of subcontractors and suppliers
Compliance with project timelines and budgets
Continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
