Are you looking for a responsible leadership position in a modern production environment? As the team leader of the turning and machining team (30 employees), you will be responsible for the development and performance of our team.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the production processes in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines
You are primarily responsible for ensuring optimal personnel planning and productivity, and ensuring compliance with process and quality standards
You are a competent and trustworthy contact person for your employees in all matters
You develop and implement measures to motivate your employees and promote and challenge your team both professionally and personally
You moderate shop floor and continuous improvement rounds, including preparation and follow-up
You actively participate in organizational and investment projects in machining, particularly in the technical design of equipment and tools
You maintain continuous communication with relevant interfaces and work closely with them

Your profile:

Completed training as a machinist, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification, supplemented by further training as a technician, industrial or trade master
Sound knowledge in the field of machining and CNC technology
Experience in personnel management with strong communication skills and empathy
High level of commitment and technical expertise
Service and team-oriented work style
