As part of a direct placement, we are currently seeking reinforcements for the daycare team of one of the largest employers in Düsseldorf.

Educator (m/f/d) (state-recognized or equivalent qualification)


Your responsibilities:

  • You shape the daily routine in the daycare center
  • You assist in the design and development of new and existing groups
  • You organize and lead educational activities
  • You promote the selfconfidence and independence of the children
  • You lovingly accompany new children during their acclimatization process

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a staterecognized educator or have an equivalent qualification
  • You possess joy, empathy, and the necessary patience when working with children
  • You are creative and dedicated
  • You work independently and responsibly
  • You are interested in early childhood development processes and intercultural education
  • Willingness to participate in further training
