With two branches, we provide our customers with flexible, personal and efficient service.

We are currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) to join our team as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Cash handling and payment transactions * Receiving and processing service requests from our customers * Supporting customer advisors * Answering and forwarding phone calls * Electronic archiving of documents YOUR PROFILE * You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification (e.g. legal, notary or tax assistant) * You enjoy interacting with customers and providing excellent service * You have good communication skills and are able to work in a team
