Collins is looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Die Potsdamer Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft eG, a cooperative founded in 1954 with approximately 2,660 apartments in various neighborhoods of Potsdam. Our goal is to provide our members with affordable housing and to sustainably manage our housing stock.

Construction Engineer / Architect as Project Manager for Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will work as a representative for the construction project and manage renovation, remodeling, and new construction projects.
You will oversee the entire process from planning to construction site management.
You will lead external planners and contractors through the projects.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering.
You have expertise in managing the entire construction process and have several years of professional experience with VOB and HOAI.
You are highly motivated and have a keen eye for quality, costs, deadlines, and legal aspects.
