    Position Overview

    We are looking for a Manager, CRM Data Driven Activation who will leverage client data to activate targeted and personalized campaigns across Clienteling, Digital Marketing, Media, Site and Services, in order to enhance the overall client experience and drive long term growth. The key success indicators of this role are increased client retention and lifetime value, as well as a more effective acquisition of high-value clients.

    Responsibilities

    Lead Americas client activations from strategic planning to execution and measurement

    • Design data-informed client strategies to increase client satisfaction and drive long term growth through Clienteling, Direct Marketing, Media, Site and Services. Define ideal journey-based triggers across channels for strategic planning.
    • Drive the calendar of development and implementation of data-driven client activations to support the key priorities across the channels.
    • For each initiative segment the client data base, build audiences, and collaborate with channel owners to understand the specific insight and channel learning while they deploy CRM connections and optimization of the day-to-day execution.
    • Measure impact and added value of CRM activations, to lead continuous improvement in alignment with Tiffany & Co. values and commercial priorities.

    Grow Americas capabilities in personalization at scale

    • Share data-informed opportunities and recommend CRM automations for efficiency and consistency.
    • Pilot new types of activations, drive testing and optimization.
    • Partner with global Data, Product, and IT teams to improve client activation capabilities that enhance client experiences across channels.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in loyalty programs with both physical and digital client touchpoints and Retail environment; Experience in Strategy Consulting Firm highly regarded
    • Experience with Salesforce products, in particular Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Knowledge and practice of PowerBI
    • Client-centric, growth-oriented
    • 5+ years in a similar CRM centric role
    • Very strong in cross-functional collaboration settings, project management, problem-solving and ability to influence with business partners.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrated experience in translating analytical insights into actionable and simple business recommendations

    The hiring range for this position ranges from $129,625 - $183,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates relevant skills and experience.
