- Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and processing new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification.
- Manage and maintain HR databases and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy, with an emphasis on ADP data management.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and document verification.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing through ADP.
- Address employee relations concerns and resolve grievances.
- Facilitate training and developmental programs.
- Oversee employee performance review cycles.
- Uphold compliance with labor standards and assist during audits or inspections.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields
- Prior experience in HR or a related administrative role
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and I-9 verification processes
- Adept at multitasking with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication prowess
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in HR software, including ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual highly desired (Mandarin/English)
