    The Objective:


    In this role, you will efficiently and accurately manage the input, digitization, quality control, and indexing of electronic and hardcopy requests into databases, including IRIS.


    Please note:
    this role is data-entry heavy.


    You will be pivotal in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining an impressive quality control standard with the ability to process up to 150- pages per hour.

    Additionally, the role entails handling office mail delivery and receipt, processing requests for U.S.

    Army intelligence and investigative records in accordance with established procedures, managing physical case storage and retention using ARIMS, providing support for digitization efforts, conducting initial reviews on records for disposition, processing classified materials, and conducting mail preparation.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, 2-4 years of data entry and/or administrative experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with military officials, managers, and subordinates.


    Direct Compensation:
    $77,650 - $86,785

    Performance Incentive(s):

    Quarterly Performance Bonuses - based on high accuracy rates and exceeding productivity targets.

    The Requirements

    Research and input electronic and hardcopy requests into databases by scanning and keyboarding. It will require the digitization (scan and index) of hardcopy requests into IRIS.


    Resolve request issues as annotated; modify requested data as necessary; conduct a quality control review of already scanned material in IRIS at a rate of 150 pages per hour (rescanning the applicable pages); and accurately index scanned and quality-controlled material into IRIS.

    Handle all office mail deliveries and receipts, including classified mail.

    Receive and process requests for U.S. Army intelligence and investigative records. This includes validating incoming requests [e.g.

    Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII) File Demands] for Army records in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other applicable policies and returning invalid requests to the appropriate agency.

    File and manage physical case storage and retention according to the ARIMS (Army Records Information Management System).

    Provide Support to digitization of hard copy records USAISRR.

    Provide initial reviews on records for disposition

    (archiving, continued retention, retirement to National Archives & Records Administration (NARA), or destruction.

    Process classified materials for accession into the USAISRR.

    Prepare and conduct mail preparation.

    Other administrative duties as assigned.

    Minimum of a high school diploma.

    2-4 years of experience in data entry and/or administrative experience.

    Ability to communicate effectively with military officials, managers, and subordinates.

    Additional Requirements

    Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
