Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies across multiple locations. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff across all locations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Customer Relations:
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies that complement sales efforts. Participate in local community events to promote Sylvan Learning services.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular sales reports to the Regional Director, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure all locations adhere to Sylvan Learning's operational standards and practices. Oversee staff scheduling and manage resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector or similar industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel between locations as needed.
Passionate about education and the mission of Sylvan Learning.
