Job Summary:
As a Remote Application Support Analyst at Brandstetter Carroll, your main responsibility will be to serve as the primary contact for clients who require support with our applications. Your role will involve identifying and addressing application issues, delivering a smooth experience for our clients. Your proficiency and commitment will be essential in upholding client happiness and propelling the achievement of our support operations.
Primary Accountabilities:
Provide clients remote application assistance by chat, email, and phone.
Identify, investigate, and fix application problems quickly and effectively.
Help clients with the configuration, updates, and setup of applications.
Using our ticketing system, you can record and monitor problems and their fixes.
Work together with the development team to escalate and fix difficult problems.
Inform customers about new updates, best practices, and features of the application.
Participate in the development and upkeep of knowledge base articles and support material.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
One or more years of experience in technical support or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The capacity to work independently and productively in a remote environment.
