    Location: 100% Remote (Preferably Mountain and Central Areas, Especially Texas, North Carolina, or South Carolina)

    Job Description: Lead Developer to manage and work with our clients and an offshore development team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in a lead developer role, with a proven track record of leading technical teams and ensuring the highest quality standards in software development. This is a 100% remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Mountain and Central time zones, particularly in Texas, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage an offshore development team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
    • Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks, including architecture and security code reviews, to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
    • Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership and oversight, including code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
    • Flexible Hours: Be flexible in terms of working hours to accommodate different time zones and ensure seamless collaboration with the offshore team.
    • Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 6-8 years in a lead developer role, with experience in managing and leading offshore development teams.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong technical stack experience, including but not limited to Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
