    Overview:

    The Business Development Lead position entails taking charge of our company's growth initiatives, uncovering fresh prospects, and fostering revenue expansion. This role necessitates a forward-thinking individual with robust leadership abilities, a proven history in business development, and a profound comprehension of the E-commerce sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive business expansion within the US, with a keen awareness of local market trends and product structures, particularly in the fashion/sneaker realm. Enhance user relationships and loyalty through product innovations. Monitor and assess operational metrics in the US market.
    • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to enlarge our clientele and stimulate business progress.
    • Guide the business development team in identifying and pursuing fresh business prospects.
    • Foster enduring relationships with crucial clients, partners, and industry entities.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with multifunctional squads to devise novel solutions that cater to client requirements.
    • Conclude negotiations and solidify agreements to secure lucrative partnerships and deals.
    • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    • Represent the organization at industry gatherings, seminars, and networking occasions to enhance brand visibility and cultivate leads.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 8 years of business development experience, with a track record of driving revenue proliferation.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team oversight.
    • Exceptional communication and bargaining skills.
    • A strategic thinker capable of spotting and leveraging market openings.
    • Familiarity with E-commerce trends and market dynamics.
    • Established capacity to forge and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Readiness to travel when required.

    Job Title: Business Development Lead

    Term: Full-Time, Permanent

    Pay Range: $200,000-260,000 + yearly bonus
