But if you listen, you may learn something new. -- Dalai LamaLeadership is the ability to have people follow you, and the best way for that to happen is to listen to them. Theodore Roosevelt said  "No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care." Regardless of how busy you are, make time to really listen. Thoughts?"
