    The position will be responsible for contributing to the success of the marketplace and payment facilitator programs. The job scope includes program tracking, recommending changes to the program, and billing support. The successful candidate will have the opportunitiy to also support other programs in the policy solutions group.

    **Organizational Overview:** The position is a *Sr. Program Manager Buyer & Seller Policy* in the global Buyer & Seller Policy team within Visas Product organization; the team is responsible for shaping and implementing Visas strategies for accepting electronic payments, concentrating on policies, pricing, and processing requirements. The team works collaboratively across the organization and the industry with acquirers, sellers, issuers, processors, and many fintech & digital partners to support their payment acceptance needs. Candidates interested in developing additional skills and strengths in strategy, economics, pricing, technology, product development and innovation would be challenged on new topics and high priorities regularly.

    The position will be based in San Francisco, California, reporting to the Senior Director Buyer & Seller Policy Solutions, and will have a truly global remit.

    **Position Summary:** The role will be responsible for providing support for several global programs, such as Marketplaces, Digital Wallets, Payment Facilitators and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). The individual is expected to apply a mix of payments knowledge and data analysis acumen to support the team in defining & implementing business & processing requirements, pricing, and strategies for growth.

    The successful candidate is expected to work with little supervision and as a truly global team, the ability to work with multiple teams across all time zones to identify, balance, prioritize and deliver on needs is essential.

    **Essential Functions**

    Track & report on program performance, revenue & opportunities, using data analysis to provide meaningful insights on program performance

    Preparing performance dashboards/reports for senior leadership

    Proactively monitoring trends, identifying where new program features can further encourage good business practices with our clients, and when existing programs can be sunset

    Coordinating with sales/partnerships & client support teams to provide technical & operational program support

    Responding to internal & external client about program parameters, pricing, and best practices for successful program implementation

    Creating marketing material to support go-to-market efforts across the world

    Identifying client pain points and developing solutions to mitigate

    Implementing program enhancements and updating Visa policies

    **Qualifications**

    ? Basic Qualifications

    8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

    ? Preferred Qualifications

    9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

    Background in payments and knowledgeable of Visas network/operating model a plus

    Experience in using data analysis and reporting to drive meaningful insights

    Customer-oriented mindset

    Superior interpersonal & communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills

    Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world across different time zones

    Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to apply structured and critical thinking to ambiguous problems (small, fast-moving initiatives or large, multi-dependency initiatives), and ability to use data to prove or disprove hypotheses and inform solutions set
